Root Canal Treatment in Jacksonville

A safe, effective way to relieve pain, remove infection, and save your natural tooth.

What Is a Root Canal?

A root canal is a safe and effective procedure designed to remove infection from inside a tooth, relieve pain, and restore your oral health. Despite its reputation, modern root canal therapy is comfortable, quick, and often no more uncomfortable than getting a routine filling.

Inside each tooth is a soft tissue called the pulp, which contains nerves and blood vessels. When this pulp becomes infected or inflamed, due to deep decay, cracks, trauma, or repeated dental procedures, a root canal is needed to remove the infection and save the tooth.
