Many people elect not to have dental insurance, that is why Cardinal Point Dental is proud to offer our patients, without insurance, an affordable dental savings plan. You and your family can join our dental savings plan for an annual membership fee. Our savings plan entitles you to preventive dental care at no cost. Restorative services are available for reduced fees that are much less than our full fees. You save on cleanings and fillings to cosmetic procedures and crowns. You can purchase a single, dual or family membership, which is valid for one year from date of purchase. Ask our team members to share with you the savings you will experience on your treatment as a member of our dental savings plan. The Dental Savings Plan cannot be used in conjunction with dental insurance and is not an insurance policy.
This is NOT dental insurance. It is a discount membership plan offered directly by Cardinal Point Dental.
- Benefits are for you only and cannot be shared or transferred.
- Cannot be combined with dental insurance, other discount plans, or promotions.
- Unused benefits don’t carry over. Plan renews annually. No refunds after services are used
- Annual membership fee is due in full at time of enrollment. Membership is non-refundable after the first visit.
- Membership savings apply only to treatment rendered at Cardinal Point Dental and do not apply to third-party lab fees or specialty referrals.
